What is New World Energetics?

New World Energetics is a framework for aligning your personal energy, intuition, and business strategy. I designed this approach so that you can make better decisions and develop ideas more naturally. It will support you in building a business that reflects your authentic strengths.

This approach combines practical business thinking with modern energetic models. This helps you to work with your natural flow rather than against it.

Why I Created It

I originally named this site New World Energetics because of intuitive guidance and an ‘aha’ moment.

I’ve had my best ideas through my intuition and ability to ideate. Yet, I’ve always wondered where the inspiration comes from for those ideas. I found myself wondering how all of us – as business people – can tap into these processes more consciously?

Is there a structure and process we can work with? Can this structure align our energy with inspiration? Can it also help us to manage and grow our ideas in fulfilling and profitable ways for our businesses, too?

In short, is there a system we can apply to the ‘soft’ skills of creativity, ideation, and instinct? And how can we make them personally accessible to every business owner?

If Richard Branson, Arianna Huffington, or Oprah can have ‘aha’ moments and make careers out of them, what did they do, exactly?

What energetic systems and approaches are they accessing? How can we track our own energetics and even chart our gifts and abilities? If we could, then we’d be able to model them for our own success – just like they did.

Over the years, a lot of the answers have come to me through the work I’ve done. I’ve supported clients in developing their businesses, their teams, and even their intuition.

The Idea Behind This Approach

It began as an idea, like so many business ideas.

We have business systems that track financial performance, inventory, employee performance, and much more.

Yet – where are the business systems to help us track other equally useful resources, such as: –

and our Personal Energy?

I’ve had some weird and unusual careers over time, but one thing has been consistent throughout.

I’ve noticed that people get their ideas from some kind of inspiration, mixed with a magic ingredient.

But what is it?

I believe these moments arise from what I call the Field of Intelligence—a concept that describes the deeper source of creativity, intuition, and insight that many people experience but struggle to explain.

What Started New World Energetics

Like many entrepreneurs, the idea for New World Energetics began with an unexpected flash of inspiration.

At the time, I was working as a freelance computer consultant after leaving the corporate world. A former colleague and I had been discussing the possibility of creating something together, and the idea had been quietly developing in the back of my mind.

One evening, after finishing work in London, I was walking back to my car when I paused outside an office building. Looking through the basement windows, I watched people working late at their keyboards. In that ordinary moment, several seemingly unrelated ideas suddenly connected.

A breakthrough insight came through, revealing a practical solution to a problem I had been thinking about for weeks.

I realised there was a growing need for people to learn touch-typing quickly so they could work more efficiently and spend less time tied to their desks.

That single moment of clarity became the foundation for a training programme my colleague and I developed. We taught people to touch-type in a single day, and the course went on to help businesses and individuals across the UK for many years.

The Working Girl Movie Moment

The experience left me with an even bigger question.

Where do these moments of inspiration come from?

Why do creative solutions seem to appear when we stop trying to force them?

More importantly, could there be a way to understand and work with this process intentionally rather than simply waiting for inspiration to strike?

I called this my ‘Working Girl’ movie moment – remember that movie with Harrison Ford and Melanie Griffith? Not to mention Sigourney Weaver!

Melanie Griffith’s character had an ‘aha’ moment when she read the Washington Post. She intuitively found a match between one piece of information in there and another piece of information in Forbes Magazine.

It was a unique moment that Sigourney Weaver’s character couldn’t steal, even though she tried to. She tried to steal the idea, but it didn’t fully resonate with her. This was because Melanie’s character had unique energy, gifts, and talents she used to create the idea. It was her authenticity that sealed the deal.

Question: Where Do ‘Aha’ Moments Come From?

How did I suddenly pull several threads together and create an idea just like Melanie’s character did?

Here’s the moment from the movie that I found so inspiring.

After I successfully applied my ‘aha’ moment, I found myself wanting to know more about inspiration, self-fulfillment, and authenticity.

How could people feel more fulfilled at work, and be inspired by it? I realized that I wanted this, not only for myself, but for others in business. Is there an energetic formula? Because THAT would be gold!

Those questions stayed with me throughout my career and eventually became the foundation of New World Energetics.

My work today is built around understanding how intuition, personal energy, and practical business strategy can come together to create better decisions, stronger ideas, and more fulfilling businesses.

So, New World Energetics was born.

Unusual Techniques in Business – and They Worked

Over the years, I’ve worked with the following models and applied them in business:-

Accelerated Learning – Howard Gardner’s theory of the 8 Intelligences
Brain Gym – a creative support tool for positive brain balance
NLP™ or Neuro-Linguistic Programming™ a tool that demonstrates how language affects our state of mind. It also helps us to shift to more positive states of mind, sorely needed today.
Human Design – a chart that measures our Personal Energy. It also guides us as to our best career and business approaches.
Energetic Balancing – through an internationally recognized energy balancing technique, I learned the importance of recognizing the human electromagnetic field.
Reflexology – through two pregnancies and being a working mom, I learned to relax and release body tightness.
Meditation Tools to support performance when I was struggling and at home for two weeks with work stress.
A charted system that clearly analyzes our innate gifts and our blocks for everyday strategizing and brainstorming in business.

I put all these different modalities into a 4-Quadrant system I call New World Energetics for Business.
