What is the Field of Intelligence? It’s energy that connects us all, and can be considered a resource in business.
What Is The Field of Intelligence?
Understanding why the Field of Intelligence is becoming part of everyday life and leadership.
Have you noticed how many more people are becoming curious about the Field of Intelligence?
What was once considered a niche spiritual subject is now finding its way into conversations about personal growth, conscious leadership, business, intuition, and wellbeing. More people are discovering a deeper source of wisdom available to them—one that extends beyond logic alone.
The Field of Intelligence is the energy or field of consciousness that surrounds us and penetrates our bodies.
Several years ago, while waiting for a coaching client to arrive, I quietly asked why we had been brought together to work with one another.
The message I received was simple:
You are both involved in work that is greater than either of you.
That answer stayed with me.
Some time later, I asked a broader question about what many people describe as a collective awakening to the Field of Intelligence. What follows is my own reflection on the guidance I received.
(The spiritual term for this field of intelligence can be consciousness, the Akashic Records, or Indra’s net, amongst others).

Why Are More People Becoming Aware of the Field of Intelligence?
The response I received began with a simple observation.
In the past, only a relatively small number of people consciously explored these deeper levels of awareness.
Today, far more people are asking questions.
Why?
Perhaps because many of us have reached the limits of living purely from stress, fear, and constant struggle, we are looking for a different way to lead ourselves, our relationships, and our work.
In my experience, awareness often begins with stillness.
As we create space through meditation, reflection, time in nature, or simply slowing down, we become more aware of subtle insights that were always present but often overlooked.
Many traditions describe this as the heart opening to greater awareness. Rather than escaping everyday life, we begin bringing more presence into it.
The result is often greater clarity, better decisions, and a stronger sense of purpose.
Dreams, Intuition and Deeper Awareness
Many people also report experiencing more vivid dreams, intuitive insights, or memories that seem deeply meaningful.
Whether these experiences are understood spiritually, psychologically, or symbolically, they often emerge when the mind becomes quieter.
During relaxed brain states—particularly Theta—we can access patterns and insights that are less available during our busy waking hours.
Meditation, mindfulness, and restorative sleep can all make these states easier to access.
Rather than seeing dreams as predictions, I find it more helpful to view them as conversations with the deeper self through the Field of Intelligence.
They often reveal patterns, relationships, emotions, or opportunities that deserve our attention.
Healing Old Patterns Through the Field of Intelligence
Another experience many people describe is the feeling of carrying lessons that seem older than this lifetime.
Some interpret these as past-life memories.
Others understand them as inherited family patterns, collective experiences, or deeply rooted subconscious beliefs.
Whichever language resonates with you, the invitation is remarkably similar.
Instead of repeating old cycles, we are given opportunities to recognise them, understand them, and consciously choose a different response.
This applies not only to personal relationships but also to leadership, organisations, and communities.
In New World Energetics, this is part of creating sustainable change rather than reacting from unconscious programming
What Is the Field of Intelligence Helping Us Remember?
The message I received centred on one simple idea.
Connection.
When we begin to see ourselves as connected rather than separate, our choices naturally begin to change.
We become more aware of how our thoughts influence our energy, how our energy influences our relationships, and how our relationships shape the organisations and communities around us.
This understanding sits at the heart of New World Energetics.
The more consciously we participate in that field, the more aligned our lives and businesses become.
How This Relates to New World Energetics

The Field of Intelligence isn’t simply about spiritual curiosity.
It has practical applications across all four quadrants of New World Energetics:
- Purpose (Field of Intelligence) — understanding the deeper reason behind your work.
- Business — refining your business focus.
- Design — we are all uniquely designed as individuals; how this influences our business.
- Best Business Playbook — creating practical habits that support sustainable success flow rather than burnout.
When these four areas become aligned, decision-making becomes clearer, leadership becomes more authentic, and success feels far more sustainable.

Final Thoughts
Whether you approach the Field of Intelligence from a spiritual, psychological, or leadership perspective, one thing seems increasingly clear.
Many people are sensing that there is more wisdom available than our rational minds alone can access.
The invitation is not to abandon logic, but to expand it.
When intuition, experience, and thoughtful action work together, we become more coherent leaders of our own lives and our businesses.
Perhaps that is the greater work we are all being invited to participate in—not as isolated individuals, but as people learning to contribute consciously to something larger than ourselves.
