Reframing your language to change your inner world

What does reframing your language mean? This was a concept I first discovered when learning NLP™ (Neuro-linguistic programming™)

Language can be stored in our inner world, or subconscious, as somatic whole forms, meaning, not just what we say, but what we think, hear, feel sense and know at the time. Words can activate multi-dimensional sensory states.

Learning to reframe your words can help you switch to somatic states of awareness that serve you better.

Talents and abilities hidden in your energy field

Just exactly what is a talent, or ability? And how can I go about finding mine? I discovered the Clifton Strengthsfinder model through a book called ‘Now, Discover Your Strengths’. I love the positive psychology embedded in this work and so went on to read their book about Strengths in Marriage, which can be applied to any relationship, marriage or otherwise.
